We are looking for a Director of Network Success to enable our field team and the primary care practices they serve to adopt and advance value based care initiatives. Network Success is a new team at Aledade that identifies and promotes the most effective approaches and tools for achieving high performance in our ACOs. This means providing our network with the knowledge, tools, and support required to integrate effective operational practices across our customer base.
This individual will oversee a team focused on enabling our network to consistently adopt and improve tech-enabled workflows essential for value-based care. Successful candidates will bring deep experience in change management and the adoption of workflows and technology in healthcare settings, paired with deep empathy for providers and practice staff. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.
As a Director of Network Success, you will:
- Build out and sustain a cross-functional approach to drive adoption and improvement of value based care initiatives, enabled by our proprietary software
- Work cross-functionally to ensure measures of success are clear, and data/tracking tools are in place to monitor progress
- Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs (field teams and their customers) across initiatives, and identify the operational drivers of success – ranging from tech functionality and use, to data and reporting practices, roles, capabilities, and workflows
- Enable our network with the guidance and playbooks required to drive consistently high performance; partner closely with Performance to mobilize our network to integrate best practices into operations across markets
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and other subject matter experts to develop the tools, and content to support adoption of effective workflows, tech and operational capabilities
- Partner with Product to ensure Network Success Managers effectively support the launch of new tech functionality, from working with the field and practices on beta processes to driving uptake at launch and in an ongoing way
- Work closely with Network Learning to disseminate guidance across channels, support peer learning, and develop formal courses/training and coaching as needed
- Ensure strong feedback loops after initiative/tech roll-outs with the field and our customers, ensuring systematic feedback on what is supporting/hindering adoption, and iterating on operational guidance and targets accordingly
- Provide input to Product, Clinical, and Performance on ways to improve our products and services based on learnings from feedback loops with field teams and practices
- Lead a team of Managers and Analysts to support this work
Required experience:
- 8+ years driving operational change in primary care in value-based care settings
- 5+ years managing high performing teams and developing staff
- 5+ years developing services/solutions/standards to drive performance and technology adoption in healthcare delivery settings; ideally in a high growth digital health or tech-enabled healthcare services company
- Experience creating structure proactively for teams to increase their effectiveness and efficiency in highly cross-functional contexts
- Demonstrated excellence using data and stakeholder insights to inform customer solutions that drive performance
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated success messaging to internal and external customers to create buy-in and know-how and drive change
- Experience training and engaging healthcare staff
- Excellent listener (diagnose problem, then move to solution)Experience with or exposure to customer success, operations, and/or product marketing in tech-enabled healthcare companies
- Preferred – experience with both physician practices and community health centers
- MBA, MPH, MHA or similar education preferred
- Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
