Job Discription
The Technical Specialist Phlebotomist on our Mobiles team requires travel to blood drive sites and can include early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
Schedules are posted three weeks in advance for planning purposes. Employees can be subject to any time slot based on the needs of our community partners. Your full-time hours can be scheduled anytime between 4am to 10pm (approx; times can vary earlier or later).

What you can expect in this position:
If you have a passion for mission driven work, we’d love to have you join our team! Subject matter expert in collecting blood products, including phlebotomy, and compliance. Consistently strives to enhance existing services and influence resulting action plans. Organizes processes around the customer taking account of difficult and sensitive issues to meet their needs. Manages customer service expectations and monitors customer service delivery by others. Works in partnership with colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals. Fosters a collaborative, teamworking spirit. Responsible for training or mentoring team members and may serve as interim Team Lead. Objectively reviews difficult work problems, obtaining cooperation or approval.
To get you started on your journey with us, we begin with an eight-week paid training program. This includes four weeks of classroom training and four weeks of mentoring with an experienced, certified phlebotomist.
