Job description
THE POSITION:
Being responsible for material confirmations, uploading costs, and coding invoices. Assigning Tasks for material costs. Tracking material estimated time of arrivals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review supplier order confirmations to verify the product, quantities, and pricing
Upload numbers to various spreadsheets
Review and code invoices to submit to Finance
Interact with various suppliers and departments
Other administrative duties and Production support
QUALIFICATIONS:
Construction experience and product knowledge required
Detail-oriented with exceptional self-awareness and accountability
Sharp problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset
Very strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English, other languages are plus
Strong Customer Service skills
Positive phone presence
Strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs
Working knowledge of Gmail Suite, Microsoft Office, and other basic programs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of professional work history in an office environment
