The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional collaborates concurrently with real estate, construction, training, human resources, clinical staff and finance. Secures needed resources, and establishes/verifies key performance indicators to ensure readiness. Leads the transition to ongoing operational processes. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for construction project components, and work is performed with limited direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, design, construction and/or a health related field
- Insight and experience into construction and design
- Ability to present information and influence decision process
- Ability to review construction documents and architectural drawings
- Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines
- Ability to work independently and complete projects as assigned and in a timely manner
- Excellent skills within Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to analyze data and construct processes and plans to improve outcomes
