The Sr. Client Account Manager, will build on their foundation of excellent customer service and an in depth knowledge of the Med Affairs workspace specifically around the medical publications arena. Your primary objective will be to support our clients in the adoption and optimal use of our software solutions including Datavision and iEnvision. You will lead a Client Engagement team to manage relationships effectively across multiple clients and solutions. As the ‘voice of the client’, you will act as the go-to person for providing ongoing support for both new and existing clients as well as providing business focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and educate the client on Envision’s products and the business processes they support
Provide recommendations on system setup and processes based on client processes and industry best practices
Maintain optimum service levels for all clients throughout the product lifecycle, including: implementation, training, configuration cycles, production support, and annual adoption planning
Inform and partner with product management and other Client Engagement teams on feature enhancements and business requirements
Be able to present new features, documentation and training materials that will enable clients to adopt and gain additional value
Create, maintain and review business requirement documentation and training materials
Work with the product, delivery and development teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the clients’ requirements
Perform customer-focused testing on our software solutions
Perform individual and small group training on our software solutions in person, and via online tools
Identify leads and opportunities to expand adoption, usage and value within the client’s organisation
Lead a team of 2-5 client engagement managers across a number of clients and solutions
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications/experience
5 – 7 years of extensive proven customer-facing experience in the med affairs space
3 – 5 years extensive Experience in publication planning tools and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and good presentation skills
Good time and project management skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to learn new software packages quickly and thoroughly
Demonstrable experience in project or account management
Experience training others would be an advantage
Experience managing others would be an advantage
Ability to travel for occasional international meetings
