Automotive repair company in Plain City has a new General Manager position that needs to be filled. We are starting a new growth phase late in 2021 and need a strong leader to assist in executing the plan.

Primary Job Description
Dispatch jobs to technicians, ensure that inspections are being performed thoroughly, keep sales staff up to date on job completion times, be the gateway for communication between front and back of the shop, holding all employees accountable for abiding by the company core values.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience
- 3 + years of management experience
- Experience in conflict resolution with customers and employees
- Strong leadership skills(not the bossy kind though!), Automotive technicians are highly intelligent individuals and see things as either fixed or broken and that includes their leader, and they will run over mediocre or weak leaders!
