Summary:
The Senior Customer Service Operations Manager will develop and lead Training, Quality Assurance, Returns & Cancellations, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams.

Leadership Responsibilities:
Directly supervises department employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Whisker policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, and hiring employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, addressing employee issues, and upholding safety and quality guidelines.
