Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
Sales Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns while upselling additional products available.
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to support their needs
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Meet sales objectives as defined
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking for
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 6 months sales experience minimum
- Typing 25 WPM
- Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Able to work independently
- Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
- Experience upselling/ increasing customer benefits
- Hunger for success
- Ability to adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner
- Competitive attitude and drive for results
- Experience promoting brand awareness by offering additional products and services to meet customer needs
- Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
- Passion for consultative sales, recommending products or solutions tailored to each customer
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Experience interacting with new and existing customers via telephone and selling products and services
