Development Manager, CRM Services
What will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role)
The individual will be a critical member of a team focused on supporting solutions to improve the customer support systems and portal integrations at Change Healthcare. This hands-on Technical Leader have several areas of focus and responsibility including:
He/she will work closely with several customer support organizations and the Enterprise Technology teams to implement product and service solutions to ensure continual improvement for:

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Experience as a Web or user experience/interface designer is considered a plus.
How much should I expect to travel?
10 to 20%
