Qualifications:
- Phone Etiquette: 1 year (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1yr computer experience to include Excel and

- We are looking for an individual with a passion for working with people
who will serve as the voice of our company, deliver a positive customer
experience and want to be a part of an amazing team. The account
representative plays a support role in helping customers stay on track
throughout their publishing project and answer questions as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Making outgoing calls to current customers
- Meet and exceed expected daily call goal
- All other duties deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated
- Customer service skills
- Data entry skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

- $500 Training Bonus, plus $1.50 per hour for straight time and
$2.25 for over time accumulated through hours worked, paid at
seasons end (typically end of May)

A fun work environment, with a management team that cares and is
willing to work with your unique work schedule. This is a seasonal
position in our Topeka office. No travel required. Core flexible work hours
available are 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, full or part time. Overtime hours may be
offered.
