ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process paperwork for vehicles sold
- Verify incoming ACH fundings and post accordingly and daily bank reconciliations
- Enter vehicle deals in DMS accounting
- Assist sales and finance departments in making sure paperwork runs smoothly
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Perform other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Analyze and process complex data
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Basic data entry skills, including use of Microsoft excel
- Strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
- Team oriented
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
