The City of Bloomington is seeking an Asst. Hub Operations Manager. This position assists with the management and coordination of activities for the City Services Hub (“The Hub”) including both the Collections/Cashier and Customer Service teams within the City Clerk Department, which are responsible for payment processing and customer service. Assists with day-to-day administrative functions related to cashiering, revenue posting, and customer service. This position’s primary purpose is to assist the Hub Operations Manager with making certain that quality, efficient customer service is of utmost importance at the City Services Hub.
Education/Experience:
Required Certificates and Licenses: Notary Public Appointment – required within first 120 days of employment, and as a condition of continued employment.

Pay: $40,350.00 – $50,440.00 per year
