We are a large Consumer Services company looking to bring on a Senior Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in order to help develop solutions including for our platform. Our platform helps better aggregate its data and information to provide simplified and easy-to-use experience for its customers. We are a global provider that helps with travel. What You Need for this Position
Must have knowledge or experience with the following:
– Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer using Python
– Minimum 5+ years of experience building out infrastructure in a professional setting
– Experience with Django, PostgreSQL, etc
What You Will Be Doing
– Custom development w/ APIs
– Plan the s/w dev release cycle.
– Implementing reusable, maintainable and efficient code using standards, conventions and best practices
– Work collaboratively with a development lead and other team members.
– Maintain, extend, and develop applications using Python/Django framework, Relational Databases like PostGreSQL and Javascript
– Mentor other team members
– Implement upgrades of applications
– Plan the s/w dev release cycle.
– Implementing reusable, maintainable and efficient code using standards, conventions and best practices
– Work collaboratively with a development lead and other team members.
