Apt Management, Inc. is a Property Management company that is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to work in our Woburn, MA home office.The AP Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Accounts Payable process and providing assistance to the Accountants. The right candidate will have a professional and pleasant demeanor, strong attention to detail and deadlines, the ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as strong organizational skills. At least 1-2 years of accounts payable experience is preferred.
