VectorFive Hiring for Logistics Coordinator Job at Lunenburg, MA Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Arrange transportation of exhibit property including all outbound and inbound administration requirements. Includes preparation of ship out and return destination paperwork including project inventory, assembly instructions, LTL Freight Carrier/UPS/Fedex/Shoair Airbills, BOL/Waybills pertaining to required transport. Logistics and tracking management with comprehensive resolution to delivery exception, rerouting, expediting ensuring time sensitive delivery to event venue. Additional management of post-show return receipt to VectorFive facility.

• Completing special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities in and efficient manner.
• Must be able to work without constant supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
