Automotive Bookkeeper Full Time Position available ( Westchester County, NY )# 1 Volume Dealer in the District
The preferred candidate responsibilities and duties:
- Prepare daily deposits
- Post New & Used car deals
- Posting Accounts payables, accounts receivables and reconcile statements
- Maintain accounting schedules
- Perform various general ledger reconciliations
- Package car deals for submission to financial institutions
- Process dealer swaps / wholesales
- Must be energetic with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Must be organized with great follow up skills
- Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned
Candidate must have minimum of 1 – 2 years Automotive Bookkeeper experience.
Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
