We are a small-size law firm located in Centro Internacional de Mercadeo Guaynabo, Puert Rico. We are looking for a motivated, organized and experienced administrative accountant to join our team.
Responsibilites:
– Managing company assets and financial expenditures.
– Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filing and monthly production and profit reports.
– Managing accounts receivables and accounts payables
– Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions
– Monthly bank reconciliations
– Manage payroll for approx 17 employees
– Updating management on any financial discrepancies
– Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthy basis
Requirements:
– Associate’s degree in accounting, business, administration, or similar
– At least 3 years of accounting experience
– Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
– Solid understanding of financial processes such as bookeeping and tax filing
– Experience with accounting programs such as Quickbooks, SAGE 50
– Good organizational and time management skills
– The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
– The ability to supervise and collaborate with coworkers, clients and suppliers
