JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Project Manager, you will play a VITAL role in the success of our organization. As a key team member, you will be expected to be ORGANIZED, to have a POSITIVE attitude, and to consistently keep our organization flowing smoothly. Those with a mastery of these skills must apply!
We are looking for a spectacular, RAZOR SHARP Project Manager with the ability to keep the big picture in focus while addressing the unique operational challenges we face daily. The right person will be a natural PROBLEM SOLVER with the unique ability to provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture.
Responsibilities:
- Help execute CarSaver’s business, brand, and culture to create best-in-class practices in project management
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Formulate, organize and monitor projects
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Assume responsibility for the project’s people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment to drive initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as project lead or project manager
- Automotive Industry preferred
- BSc/BA degree in engineering, computer science, or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Excellent knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.)
- Experience leveraging principles of agile development and execution
- Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve the highest results
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Project Management education or certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
- PROACTIVE: eager to take initiative and follow-through tasks
- EXCELLENT planning, organization, execution, and follow-up skills
- Ability to be solution-driven in challenging situations while still delivering optimal results

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
