This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Pre-Construction team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the estimating department
• Create and maintain bid folders, updating and adding information as necessary
• Organize and distribute bid documents for preparation of estimates
• Assist in the preparation of project estimates, requests for proposals, and budgets
• Work with Subcontractors to obtain budget pricing
• Preparation of budgets and final cost estimate for client presentation
• Prepare time, materials, and labor cost estimates
• Monitor market costs and market trends
• Cultivate long-term relationships with Vendors, Subcontractors, and Architects
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate design work between Architects and Subcontractors
• Other duties or responsibilities as directed

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
