The LPN | Home Health position performs skilled nursing functions in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws and within the guidelines of his/her professional organization and WHAH. All functions shall be performed in accordance with the established policies and practices and WA State Nurse Practice Act. The LPN delivers care to clients as delegated by the RN Case Manager.

INFECTIOUS RISK CATEGORY
HIGH RISK: Likely to have frequent occupational exposure with patient’s blood or other body fluids. May require protective equipment to be worn during some aspects of direct patient care.
SOME (COVID-19) RISK: Possible occupational exposure to residents or clients with COVID-19. May require personal protective equipment (PPE) to be worn during some aspects or seasons of job.
