Senior Staff Accountant/Tax Manager
The Senior Staff Accountant/Tax Manager works in multiple capacities bookkeeping, financial statement preparation and tax planning, preparation is the major focus. This position will teach you all the building blocks in our organization and prepare you for building a long career in the accounting industry.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, 2+ years of recent experience in a CPA firm.

Ability to communicate effectively with principals, clients, and fellow employees. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, management, and regulatory agencies.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Education and/or Work Experience
– Possess CPA License
– Prior bookkeeping experience is desirable but not required
– Current enrollment in accounting program
– Ability to understand and execute basic Excel spreadsheets.
– Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online desirable but not required
– Experience with Lacerte Tax desirable but not required
– Experience with BNA tax planning desirable but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.50 – $36.00 per hour
