Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide direct support to the Sales team in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Sharp Clinical customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets. He/she will be involved in developing and executing Marketing activites and takes the lead on maintaining and optimizing Salesforce and related processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Works closely with the BD and marketing team to reach revenue goals.
Ø Responds to requests from customers, or forward requests to appropriate member of the sales team, for information.
Ø Primary tasks include Salesforce system and user administration, identifying and realizing improvement opportunities in Salesforce and related processes.
Ø Gather data from Salesforce and provide accurate sales forecasts and BD team performance reports for Business Managers.
Ø Monitors BD team for Salesforce compliance and discuss non-compliance with Sales Manager
Ø Work closely with Marketing and Sales Management to develop, coordinate and execute Marketing campaigns and events
Ø Supports BD team by coordinating trade shows, webinars and other events coordinating marketing materials, and event registration and payment.
Ø Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifies sales opportunities.
Ø Develop and maintain a global network capability matrix.
Ø Implement and Maintain RFI database and support BD team with completing RFIs.
Ø Take ownership on global capability presentation, update and distribute to global BD team and site management as required.
Ø Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Ø B.S in Life Sciences or equivalent work experience.
Ø Minimum of 1 year of Sales/Marketing experience required
Ø Minimum of 1 year experience with Salesforce, ideally as a Salesforce admin, (compliance management, generation of reports and dashboards, user and access management) required
Ø Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; professional telephone and email communication are required.
Ø Marketing experience (coordination and organization of events and campaigns) is a plus.
Ø Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (extracting data from Salesforce and creating Excel reports).
Ø Knowledge of clinical trials, research services, drug development, or IRT a plus.
Ø Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
