A New York City financial services firm is currently seeking a new Software Engineer for a promising opportunity with their growing staff.

Responsibilities:

The Software Engineer will:

• Research, analyze, design, and deliver solutions that are appropriate for business and application development strategies
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve production software
• Effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Handle ambiguous or undefined complex problems as well as ability to think abstractly
• Manage individual project priorities with guidance, meeting deadlines and deliverables
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related experience
• Experience with HTML / Java Script, Angular / ReactJS, REST API, etc.
• Previous experience with Microservice and Micro Frontend architecture
• Experience with GIT
• Experience with Cloud / AWS, Snowflake, Spark, etc.
• Computer savvy
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
