We are a locally and family owned, growing roofing company looking for a full time experienced office manager/accountant to join our growing team. The qualified Accountant/ Office manager will need to have knowledge with typical computer software in order to complete general accounting duties such as basic QuickBooks entry, create invoices, receive payments, process bi-weekly payroll, create and manage spreadsheets to track ongoing projects and expenses and pay bills on time. It is also required that the candidate have strong communications skills to fulfill general office responsibilities such as answering the telephone, customer service responsibilities and coordinate and oversee administrative duties as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
