Director of People & Organization
Area: Theme Park Division
Reports to: General Manager
Summary:
The People & Organization Director will provide support and direction for all matters related to the employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, uniforms, training, performance management, payroll, employee relations, and termination. The P&O Director will be active on park teams, including manager-on-duty programs and will manage employee Engagement initiatives.
