Description
The HR Business Partner role is accountable for developing and delivering the people agenda and delivering high quality strategic and operational HR leadership to support the business’s organization and people goals. The HR BP provides support to the business including Organization Design and Development; Culture and Engagement; Talent Management; Leadership and Management Development; Strategic Workforce Planning; Talent Acquisition; Reward and Performance Management; Acquisitions and Divestment (including due diligence and integration); and Employee Relations.
