Job Overview
We are looking for a talented individual to wear a couple of different hats, as our current team members do the same as well. The position is a bit of recruiting, some administrative tasks, and to just be a great supportive member of our team while we continue to grow at a rapid pace. Think of this position as a hybrid between Virtual Recruiter and Administrative Assistant.
You will ultimately be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right candidates to grow our Outside Sales team using a proven system that just needs the right individual with a positive attitude and upbeat energy that can show up to work every day. This will be transferred to the right candidate over a period of time as you get comfortable with the process. We want to set you up for success with a calculated and methodical training plan.
For the administrative part of this role you would be responsible for submitting weekly payroll at the directive of our Director of Corporate Development. As well as take on some routine tasks on a daily and weekly basis within the office. This role will continue to evolve as we continue to grow which means opportunities for growth and advancement will definitely be available in the very near future.
