DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Plans and carries out policies relating to all phases of human resources activity on-site by performing some or all the following responsibilities:
Data Tracking and Record-keeping; Benefits Administration; Employee Relations; Employment and Recruiting; Employee Communication; Policy Development.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Five (5) years progressive HR Generalist experience with Human Services experience strongly preferred.
Current knowledge of State and Federal employment law, including experience with practical application and interpretation
Strong analytical skills including the ability to research, analyze and make recommendations
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Flexibility, adaptability and a readiness to jump in and contribute
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (required)
EDUCATION
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field strongly desired
PHR/SPHR Certifications preferred
