Here’s what you will do in this role: In partnership with the Site Human Resources and Leadership Team, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible to maintain, support and enhance the organization’s talent, culture, and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. They will have responsibility to execute HR processes, policies, and programs. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. - Develop, maintain, manage and update the Talent Acquisition process, pipeline to meet the talent needs of the organization, including but not limited to outreach to potential active and passive candidates via Technical Schools, job fairs, college, high school, state/federal agencies, on-line, social networking or in person.
- Meet all talent needs and objectives. Including planning and preparing for organizational changes, partner with site leadership regularly to understand talent gaps and make necessary adjustments to plan.
- Manage local staffing agency contracts and service level expectations.
- Assist Onboarding, and Retention activities while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements.
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding presentations with new talent.
- Encouraging candidate interest by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Provide support for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs.
- Support One ProAmpac culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communication.
