We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Account Executive who will have the exciting opportunity to build mind share & adoption within Zendesk’s top customers. You will drive sales execution for Zendesk Sunshine Conversations with these accounts by establishing executive level relationships, nurturing existing relationships & creating additional adoption. This requires collaborating with & coordinating the Zendesk account team, executive team & subject matter experts. You will be responsible for top line revenue growth & overall customer adoption.
The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers & operational experience on how to get deals done. Candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, & technical challenges, with the ability to build & convey compelling value propositions.
