ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Baudville Brands is seeking a professional, reliable, and service-oriented individual whom will be responsible for the implementation, account management, and program success for RecogNation’s Client Recognition/Engagement Programs. This individual will report to the Manager of Client Services.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of B2B Account Management, Project Management, or Relationship Management experience is desired.
Physical
Demands
Position is mainly sedentary. Must be able to work in an office environment with a sustained posture in a seated position. Requires attentiveness and computer operation for prolonged periods. Reliable and predictable on-site work presence. Must satisfactorily pass a drug test.
Confidentiality
Must be able to work with confidential records in a professional manner.
Initiative
Must be able to prioritize and demonstrate an ability to shift priorities when the situation requires. Must be able to handle variations in workload. Must be able to make independent decisions quickly and handle a heavy workload. Plans and carries out assignments independently.
Skills/Abilities
Able to maintain good, stable working relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills required. Must be deadline oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization. Ability to handle stressful situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Requires strong attention to detail. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
