The AWS Serverless Engineer position is responsible for designing and developing key serverless components for serverless AWS products.
Position Details & Benefits:
Title: Serverless Developer, AWS
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: From $110,000 up to $180,000 (commensurate with fit)
US citizenship required, Full-time, Salaried, Exempt
90-100% Remote

Qualifications & Experience:
4+ years’ experience in software development
Research, configure, and manage key AWS services to compose serverless architectures
Work with a multidisciplinary team to bring together front-end, data, and data science to deliver high quality customer experiences
Identify and configure key tools for monitoring and maintaining highly performant architectures
Write key lambda functions to link services to web-based user interfaces.
Create redundant architectures and solutions that allow for modern DR capabilities
Identify key tools and services that provide value to the Engineering Department
Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop high value client delivery solutions
Build data pipelines for running analytics
Experience with key AWS Services such as Amplify, Cognito, AWS Lambda, SNS/SQS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, EC2, RDS and DynamoDB, AWS CLI
Experience developing Lambda functions in NodeJS or Python to integrate AWS services such as Cognito, DynamoDB, S3, and AppSync
Experience with CI/CD tool sets such as: Jenkins, Ansible, CloudFormation, BitBucket
AWS Certifications a plus
(Preferred) Experience with AWS Amplify including Authentication, Storage, and API services
(Preferred) Experience in static web-sites with technologies such as Gatsby and Jekyll
(Preferred) Experience participating in agile technical workstreams
