The first care vertical Montera is improving is autism ABA therapy. Care is difficult to access and the delivery model must be reinvented to provide early access to families. 1 in 44 children [CDC, 2021] is diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. We are looking for driven, innovative, patient-focused individuals to join our team as we reinvent the care and tools available to neuro-diverse families.
About the position:
- Hourly, part to full time
- Remote
- Must be available and online during normal working hours (EST)
What you’ll do:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes if needed
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and seeking to improve benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
What you bring: (requirements)
- Prior HR experience in a remote setting
- Prior HR experience in a start-up environment
- Prior HR experience helping to stand-up an HR department
- Experience with HRIS systems–Rippling preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field (preferred)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certifications a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and HRIS. Comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
