This position will include graphic design for packaging, print, and digital
Responsibilities
• Create and defend strong brand identities and styles including color palettes, logos, and typographic systems
• Ensure brand consistency and provide quality control over concepts and projects
• Provide visual guidance and leadership for our internal teams, freelance designers, web developers, and videographers
• Lead the design and implementation of concepts, guidelines and strategies of all brand communications, experiences and campaigns
• Execute on design assets including (but not limited to): web and print ads, layouts, whitepapers, sales collateral and presentation decks
• Collaborate effectively as a creative partner to complement our lead generation goals and expectation
• Utilize data to inform and improve ad and other lead generation campaigns
• Maintain creative source file libraries
• Create, update and maintain all house brand product packaging according to FDA compliance
Required Skills
• Strong project management, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
• Execute extensive packaging designs
• Proof design materials
• Demonstrated creative expertise in a broad array of areas including multi-channel campaigns, print and digital advertising, signage and displays, and digital content design
• Exceptional aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of design principles
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision or direction in a fast moving, cross-functional environment
• Strong communication skills, ability to, delegate, and coach to ensure effective execution across third-party partners, agencies and freelancers
• Skilled in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign*, Illustrator*, Acrobat, as well as Microsoft Suite
• Graduate of accredited 4-year college or university
• Ability to see and hear and communicate verbally
• Ability to make decisions which have moderate to significant impact on the immediate team and division and stakeholders/colleagues and be able to monitor that impact
• Plan and supervise photoshoots
• Be well versed in photography and videography
Technical Skills:
• Mastery of standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Proficient with CSS and HTML
• Some experience shooting short videos a plus but not required
• Creative Design Experience
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator or MAC equivalent)
• Document Project Build and Maintenance
• Familiar with Social Media and Third Party APIs
• Knowledgeable of Web Application Development Frameworks
• UI / UX
• Knowledge of preparing art files for print press (packaging)
• Experience working within dielines
• Marketo or other marketing automation experience a PLUS
• Social Media experience a PLUS
