Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency and Rehab Resources is looking to add a full-time accounts receivable specialist with an emphasis on follow-up/collections to join our team at our Brookfield office.  We are the premiere provider of physical, occupational and speech therapy services in Wisconsin and are looking for an energetic, team player that thrives in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.  The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in our business and works closely with other members of the billing team, as well as clients and insurance providers.  Job responsibilities include managing timely filing limits, calling insurance carriers to verify claim and medical records have been received, monitoring accounts receivable and identifying overdue accounts, work follow-up/collections, process appeals, and reconsiderations.  Maintain over 90 days aging balances to company metrics.
