Human Resources Generalist (Temp 3-6 months)
Location: Hebron, KY (ONSITE)
Pay: $20-$22/hour
(3 to 6-month short term assignment) The selected candidate will provide general human resource generalist support for management and associates based in Hebron but supporting both Florence & Hebron KY locations. The HR Representative will participate in recruitment activities, conduct investigations because of complaints arising from associates/management and interacts with management on sensitive matters requiring skillful negotiation and influencing. The HR Representative may deliver training programs and assist other HRBPs as needed on special projects.
Duties may not limited but may include some of the following items:
• Editor – Site Newsletter
• Track Leave of Absence Call- Ins
• Administer Associate Engagement Board
• Submit Associate Trainer Pay to Payroll
• Submit Associate Driver Pay to Payroll
• Originate New Associate ID Badges
• Distribute Steel Toed Shoe Vouchers
• Conduct I-9 Audits
• Post Recruitment Yard Signs
• Originate/Post Associate Termination E-Mails
• Complete Sr HR Manager Expense Reports
• Input new associates into Workday
• Filing
• New Hire Packets
• Serve as Back Up to Receptionist
• Distribute termination notices
• Process new contingent workers
• Process Workers Compensation claims
• Support Associate Claims Processes
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of Human Resource experience or Degree in related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Previous experience with Workday is a HUGE PLUS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
