We are seeking a Customer Operations and Satellite Planning Specialist to join our Operations team in Washington, D.C.
As a specialist, you would be in charge of handling inbound and outbound communication and requests from existing customers and managing orders for satellite imagery in order to assure timely and accurate delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about the Space sector and looking for an opportunity to work with some amazing customers in this incredible industry!
This is a full-time position and we offer a hybrid work model of remote and in office working here at ICEYE (more details below). For the first 6 months of employment you would work fully remotely (within the United States).

Working pattern/hours:
This is a full-time position and we offer a hybrid work model here at ICEYE. For the first 6 months of employment you would work remotely (within the United States). After that, the you would be able to work a combination of some remote work and some in office work, but you would be required to work within the Washington D.C. area after your first 6 months, as we would like to have you in our new offices more from then on. For the vast majority of your time, you would work 8am to 4pm EST. However occasionally we may ask you to work slightly different shifts, e.g. public holidays, or weekends, but this is a responsibility which would be shared fairly between you and the rest of the team.
