This role will provide support services to the Talent Acquisition Team and multiple Hiring Partners by executing various administrative and operational related activities. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to provide an amazing candidate journey and be a vital asset to supporting our team goals.
What you’ll do:
Manage a high volume of calendar events, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
Ensure the candidate experience represents the Hinge brand in a virtual and/or in-person environment.
Partner with IT to troubleshoot any technical issues during candidate interviews.
Work closely in a team environment, with the ability to partner with diverse teams across departments.
Assist with streamlining job descriptions for sponsored roles.
Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System when moving candidates to different stages of process and scheduling candidate interviews.
Provide high-level reporting on weekly interview activity.
Build trusted relationships with Vendor Partners (Agencies, Service Reps, hiring organizations, etc.).
Manage a variety of additional tasks, which may include: travel & expense support, presentations as needed, intern programs, Recruiting/Speaking events, etc.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience recruiting coordination, project coordination, event planning or admin experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Exceptional problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrable track record of providing outstanding customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers.
Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity.
Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work.
Strong interpersonal skills are needed.
Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations.
