Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain a safe, friendly and clean, work environment
· Respond to Guest questions and comments by letter, e-mail, or by phone
· Resolve and document Guest concerns or compliments by letter, e-mail, or by phone
· Answer incoming phone calls; disseminate information or transfer call to the appropriate department.
· Able to navigate through multiple computer programs to assist Guests
Skills and Qualifications:
· Good written and typing skills
· Good verbal communication skills including a clear and courteous phone voice and mannerisms
· Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
· Knowledge of Six Flags St. Louis product, policies, and standards
· Basic computer knowledge necessary
· Completion of second interview and pre-employment screening.
· Must be at least 16 years old
