Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
1. Strong verbal and written communication.
2. Strong business acumen and the ability to create and demonstrate the value of HR for the business.
3. Work independently with general supervision.
4. Influences others through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
5. 2-3 years HR experience.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
7. Good reasoning abilities, sound judgment.
8. Solid computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with UKG Pro a plus.
9. Experience in legal compliance with various laws and regulations covering areas such as EEOC, OFCCP, FMLA, employment, wage and hour, etc.
10. Willingness to continue learning and growing to promote further within Alsco.
