· Explain policies and benefits to Associates.
· Process employment applications.
· Request information for background checks including criminal and previous employment records.
· Compile and prepare reports using Excel or Word.
· Select applicants with specified skills and requirements.
· Schedule interviews.
· Process badges and information in time clock system.
· Process staffing agency hours weekly.
· Itemize and approve agency invoicing.
· Administer required assessment testing.
· Orientate new Associates and process new hire paperwork.
· Organize or assist with Associate events.
· Provide assistance as needed for Director of HR.
· Complete Group HR Reporting as needed in Excel or other reporting methods.
· Process New Hires, Employee changes, and Benefits
· Strive for learning all TarkettSports HR practices for personal development on the HR team
