The Human Resources Manager under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources provides leadership in various areas of human resources, which include, but are not limited to, responding to employee complaints and leave requests, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing and responding to requests to the HR email inbox, as well as maintaining employee records. The Human Resources Manager contributes to the credibility and influence of the HR Department by exploring opportunities to add value to the overall employee experience.
