Our client is recruiting for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent. This person will provide oversight of planning, developing and implementing an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy for Harbor, including, but not limited to a corporate policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, interview training and best practices. This person will also bring knowledge, experience and innovation to Harbor’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy driving our commitment of growing diversified talent across the organization, through recruitment, vendor relationships, and community networking.
