The Undergraduate Advisor (UA) serves as the primary professional responsible for ensuring that the advising needs, both academic and developmental, of students are attended to. Including, consultation with and referrals to other college departments/services as student needs may require. The UA works to ensure that students have the tools for success within the college environment through individual meetings and classroom instruction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required – Master’s degree preferred. Advising experience preferred. High level of comfort with computer applications. Supplemental Instruction experience or training preferred. Experience with an institution with a specialized mission or with enrollment below 1,500 preferred.
