Position Summary:
Responsible for support with coordinating on-boarding efforts, obtaining required HR paperwork, and ensuring timely completion of all required on-boarding documentation. Provides administrative support for the department with checking references and ensuring all clearances are up to date and tracked accurately. Assists the HR department with coordinating the new employee orientation monthly. Assists HR department with management of the daily operations of the department, tracking and running licensure and mandatory clearances. Supports the department with all data entry in to regulatory and HRIS databases.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. High school diploma required.
Experience: Minimum of one-year experience working within an administrative support role
