Clampco Products, a 50-year family-owned and locally operated business, is seeking an agile Sales Account Representative who has a ‘can do’ spirit for manufactured engineered joining solutions in the Clamping industry!To learn more and apply click on our website. www.clampco.comThe position is responsible for supporting technical sales engineers and includes limited travel to customers and trade shows. The success factors for this role includes a keen sense of customer intimacy, ability influence and support customer buying decisions, and the ability to successfully follow up on warm leads. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager and works closely with marketing and sales team members.Essential Duties and Requirements

• Able to utilize experience to understand, review, and communicate to customers in various markets to include Aero/Defense, Commercial and Industrial
• Persuasive, positive and ‘can do’ spirit delivering an exceptional customer experience
• The ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, customer specifications and requirement
• Show attention to detail, while demonstrating ability to manage multiple projects
• Must have the ability work collaboratively as a member of the sales team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team player
• Travel for customer visits and industry trade shows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and use of ERP/CRM is necessary
• Foundational knowledge of APQP/ AS9100/ISO9001/ISO 14001 process and standards
• 4-6 years of proactive inside sales, account representative experience or selling engineered products.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience with certifications is required
• Remain informed of market conditions, competing products and services
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
