We are looking for exceptional, dedicated Caregivers (Resident Assistants) who have a heart for service. We value our staff members and are committed to a positive, upbeat work environment with great benefits and flexible scheduling.
No experience necessary, we provide paid training. CNA certification is valued but not required. If you aren’t certified and would like to be, we will pay for you to obtain your CNA!
Our Caregivers serve our residents by:
- Helping to maintain the comfort, privacy and dignity of each resident by providing health care support and assistance such as bathing and dressing
- Administering medications to ensure the highest level of wellness
- Maintaining resident information in our electronic health record
- Updating nurses with both physical and social observations
- Escorting residents to the beauty shop, wellness activities, arts/craft activities as well as other fun and engaging social events
- Supporting and encouraging other team members
