The Sales Operations Coordinator position supports the Sales team in managing renewal agreements, coordinating sales requests, CRM process improvement, developing and ensuring quote accuracy. This team member supports the overall sales plan and strategy. This position reports to the Manager, Sales Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain an Accurate Quoting Process with the Sales Team
Successful Coordination of Sales Process in Partnership with Sales Team
· Implement data enrichment processes that will improve sales team performance
· Identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies in CRM tool and sales process
· Coordinate sales requests and renewal agreement process
Development of Reports for Accurate Sales Forecasting
· Develop and enhance data sets for more accurate sales forecasting reports and dashboards
· Utilize BI tools to better understand how information is correlated
· Develop sales analytics that will provide accurate information for data-driven decision making for sales and executive teams
Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years’ experience in sales operations, vendor management, or proposal development.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint.
· Proficiency in CRM tools. ConnectWise subject matter expert.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Goal driven team player.
· Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time.
· Able to work with people of different personalities and temperaments, maintaining focus on customer satisfaction, company goals and moving towards successful completion.
Desired Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar field preferred.
Work Schedule/Travel
Standard Meriplex business hours of 8AM to 5PM with the ability to have a flexible schedule due to work volume and proposal deadlines are a must. Ability to travel up to 10% may be required, primarily within the Denver metro area.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
