Premier Project Manager Job Description
1. Dry utility consultation and project management with a focus on providing assistance through the subdivision and commercial dry utility design process for joint trench construction.
2. Provide continual coordination with new and existing clients regarding future and current projects.
3. With assistance, provide new project proposals and necessary change order requests.
4. Oversee/manage dry utility submittals to the various dry utility companies which includes:
Work with owners, civil engineers, architects, and landscape engineers to compile the required plans, applications, information and fees to perform and coordinate dry utility submittals.
Submit the required design information and applications to the various local utilities.
Continuous monitoring of the dry utility design progress after submittals to ensure design schedules are met.
5. Organize and attend meetings or conference calls with utilities when necessary to determine project requirements, real estate needs, feed points, routing, timing and potential conflicts.
Contact with utilities for feed-back on initial and final design timeframes, conflicts, feasibility and costs associated with project.
Continual design monitoring to keep utilities on task to ensure project schedules are met.
6. Organize and or attend weekly or biweekly team meetings as necessary with client, civil engineers, architects and others to communicate utility information.
7. Analyze utility contracts and agreements to eliminate errors, minimize up-front costs and maximize reimbursement potential for client.
8. Coordinate the mitigation of overhead and underground conflicts.
9. Take coordination lead with design submittals for overhead relocation or undergrounding between the various utilities involved.
10. Monitor and manage daily project email traffic while responding timely to requests and inquiries.
11. Provide project budget information regarding dry utility engineering fees and construction costs.
12. Have a good understanding of the various electrical and gas loading requirements, including telecommunication for residential or commercial projects.
13. Provide dry utility due diligence reporting for clients future projects
14. Site investigation and monitoring when requested or required.
15. Work with office team and manage project assistance.
Work Remotely
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
