Position Summary

At Platform Transition, our people, culture, and process drive our success and make it a wonderful collegial working environment. We are looking for a smart, organized person with a strong accounting background and 1-2 years of recent experience with Sage Intacct to manage our internal books and the corresponding accounting administration of the company. The position is expected to be 20 hours per week (4 hours per day), but with a self-starter who is eager to learn and be an integral part of our growth, the role will grow in responsibilities and time.

Regular responsibilities will include daily recording of transactions and journal entries, reconciling accounts, producing monthly financial reports, managing department email correspondence, and keeping organized records in various workflow systems. You will work with the Director of Finance & Operations and the President and maintain timely and proactive communication with the rest of the team.
